From FAŽANA to VALBANDON and back – all along the waterfront – and also to Pineta: this is an ideal setting for a lovely walk accompanied by the sound of waves and the soft whisper of Fazana’s calm sea. In Fazana you must peek into the labyrinth of small squares and streets, hear the rhythm of everyday life blending with the sweet smells from the kitchen. While the small boats rock gently along the two piers, while the fishermen are weaving their fishing nets or putting another coat of paint on their overturned boats, the smell of grilled fish, seafood risotto and clinking sound of glasses on tables mixes with the seagull’s cry that has within reach of the harbor caught sight of the glittering sea.

Von FAŽANA bis VALBANDON und zurück – entlang der Riva – ebenso bis Pineta: ein wunderschöner Spaziergang, bei dem man das "Atmen" und das "Erzählen" der Wellen und das leise Flüstern der Meeresstille genießen kann. In Fažana sollte man in das Gewirr der kleinen Plätze und Gassen hinein schauen, auf den Rhythmus des Alltags achten und die Gerüche der Küche aufnehmen. Während die Boote an den zwei Molen von Fažana schaukeln, während die Fischer ihre Netze flechten oder die umgedrehten Boote übermalen, vermischt sich der Geruch der gebratenen Fische, der Risottos mit Meeresfrüchten, das Klirren der Gläser am Tisch mit dem Schrei der Möwe, die in der Nähe des kleinen Hafens ein Glitzern im Wasser bemerkt hat.
Mit dem Blick auf die Brioni Inseln, im Hinterland die mediterrane Pflanzenwelt, mit einer Sandbank, die bis ins Meer hinein reicht, lädt Fazana zum ersten Espresso, zu einer nachmittägliche Erfrischung oder zu einem Tropfen am Abend...

Da FASANA a VALBANDON andata e ritorno – sempre accanto al mare – e poi fino alla Pineta: ecco una scelta per una bellissima passeggiata accarezzati dall'alito del vento e dai racconti delle onde marine, accompagnati sempre dal sussuro del venticello fasanese. A Fasana serve sbirciare nel labirinto delle vie e delle piazze, respirare il ritmo della quotidianità mescolato a quello della cucina locale. Mentre le imbarcazioni ondeggiano sui due moli fasanesi, e i pescatori preparano le loro reti oppure verniciano le barche capovolte, l'odore di pesci arrosti, di risotto con i frutti di mare accanto al tintinnio dei bicchieri si fonde con il verso dei gabbiani che accanto al porto hanno notato delle luci all'orizzonte.
Con la vista sulle isole di Brioni, con l'entroterra in macchia mediterranea, con la spiaggia sabbiosa che «entra» in mare, Fasana ci invita ad assaggiare il primo espresso, al rinfresco pomeridiano e al bicchierino serale.
